Annual Church Profile’s (ACP’s) – due September 15^th
ACP’s provide vital information on how your church had a Kingdom impact and provides historical context for the past 93years.  There are three different forms to be completed.
Church Leadership Profile – reflects the current leaders and their contact information
ACP Statistics – includes membership, baptisms, Bible Study, programs, missions, and financials
Supplemental Form – lists messengers and other info for the TVBA annual meeting, held at Lake Drive on Oct. 15^th, 5:30 pm

Call TVBA 775-6192 and I’ll be glad to help. TVBA uses this information for the Annual meeting, in the books of reports.  Last years books are available and may be picked up in the office or are downloadable from the website.
